Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of on-site staff, including maintenance and repair personnel.
  • Develop and implement budgets and financial plans for each property.
  • Monitor and analyze financial statements, including operating variances and cash management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to fair housing and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are being maintained in accordance with our company's standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of each property.
Requirements:
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
  • Must be proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must have a Florida CAM license.
  • Must have a valid FL Driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
