Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and adolescents, and will be licensed in the State of New Jersey as one of the following: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC); Licensed Social Worker (LSW); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical services to students in a school setting
Conduct screenings, brief interventions, and school consultations
Facilitate treatment referrals and provide case management as needed
Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other providers to ensure the mental health needs of the client are being met
Complete documentation in accordance with client policies and within agreed upon time frames
Participate in weekly supervision and bi-weekly group supervision
Take responsibility for professional development and meeting licensure requirements for maintaining credentials through attendance at relevant workshops and seminars

Requirements:
Licensed in the State of New Jersey as one of the following: LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCMHC
Minimum three years' experience working in youth and adolescent development
Experience completing assessments and providing brief individualized clinical interventions to youth and families
Preference for clinicians with previous training in Motivational Interviewing
Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record, and vehicle with current insurance and valid registration
