Job Overview

Community Wellness Ventures LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, and support services to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct regular sessions with patients to provide counseling, support, and guidance.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and progress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
