This position entails the development, execution, and assessment of comprehensive wellness programs, particularly focusing on nutritional guidance, aimed at improving the health and quality of life for individuals across various settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement engaging wellness nutritional programs, including workshops, demonstrations, and educational sessions
  • Create and utilize evaluation tools to assess program effectiveness
  • Analyze feedback from program evaluations and make necessary adjustments to enhance service delivery
  • Provide nutritional counseling and guidance based on health assessments and screening results
  • Research and promote the adoption of best practices in nutritional health
  • Serve as a wellness ambassador by participating in health initiatives and modeling healthy behaviors
  • Deliver wellness coaching and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

Required Skills:
Certification in CPR and First Aid, strong public speaking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience:
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Licensure:
Must possess a valid license in the State of Ohio and hold National Registration.
