Administrative Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? Uline is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Plan and schedule department travel, coordinate meetings and site visits, and maintain accurate records.
- Run reports, queries, and prepare presentations to support team decision-making.
- Maintain and update department documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage multiple department calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative/clerical experience; experience in logistics or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
