PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead the identification, quantification, and development of engineering standards and grid modernization resource opportunities.

This role requires advanced technical knowledge of utility system operation, distribution or transmission technologies, smart grid technologies, and demonstrated ability to network and maintain partnerships with key customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least seven years of professional experience in distribution or transmission technologies, resource evaluation, and project management.

The estimated salary for this position is $115,900-$136,300 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the field.

As an Engineering Program Manager at PacifiCorp, you will be responsible for managing complex program delivery across multiple states, evaluating and establishing program goals, developing delivery plans, negotiating timelines and schedules, and monitoring progress against plan.

You will also participate in vendor negotiations, direct vendor activities, manage interaction between internal and external stakeholders, and analyze program opportunities and assist in department strategies and positions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to adhere to corporate procurement guidelines, develop and implement annual third-party evaluations of programs assigned, validate monthly program expense and savings reports, measure and verify processes associated with assigned programs, and deliver program objectives and report accurate and timely program results.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors, both orally and in writing, and will have proficient skills in personal computers, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.
