We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our team at PacifiCorp. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex program deliveries across multiple states, evaluating and establishing program goals, and developing delivery plans.
As an experienced program manager, you will have advanced technical knowledge of utility system operation, distribution or transmission, or substation technologies. You will also have demonstrated ability to network and maintain partnerships with key customer accounts, trade allies, and industry professionals.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $115,900 - $136,300 per year, depending on experience. PacifiCorp offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, and paid short-term and long-term disability.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of programs. You will also be responsible for managing program vendors and other delivery contractors, analyzing program opportunities, and assisting in department strategies and positions.
