Job Overview
PacifiCorp is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the coordination and administration of assigned programs in Portland, OR. This key role requires strong leadership and project management skills to deliver program activities in line with the company's mission and goals.

Estimated Salary: $110,550 - $125,300

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a customer-first culture, delivering outstanding results for end-users or customers, and assisting in the development and implementation of both long-term and short-term goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and commit to delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve program milestones and objectives.
  • Coordinate the development of an annual budget and operating plan to support assigned programs.
  • Manage data and narratives pertinent to assigned projects or programs to support internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Support regulatory filings and external requests related to assigned projects or programs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop a culture of continuous learning among contractors and internal staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of program activities and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Develop new processes as needed to ensure efficient delivery of program requirements.
  • C coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.
  • Monitor the cost-benefit analysis of new programs or changes to existing programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five to seven years professional experience in utility operations, regulated environments, energy-related operations management, project engineering, project management, and/or program management.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to provide input into policy decisions and mobilize resources to produce desired business results.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.
