Program Manager for Power Delivery

PacifiCorp is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the coordination and administration of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.
Responsibilities- Promote a customer-centric culture, delivering exceptional results for end-users and customers alike.
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term goals, driving successful outcomes for assigned programs or projects.
- IDentify requirements, create project implementation plans, and deliver key milestones for assigned programs or projects.
- Establish annual budgets and operating plans to support assigned programs or projects.
- Compile data and narratives to support internal and external reporting requirements.
- Support regulatory filings and external requests, coordinating data responses as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement among contractors and internal staff, assessing program strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate program activities against policies, procedures, and relevant commission regulations.
- Develop new processes to ensure continuous delivery of program requirements.
- Coordinate service delivery among different program activities, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.
- Monitor program costs and benefits, maintaining performance measures and adjusting assumptions as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of five to seven years' experience in utility operations, regulated environments, energy-related operations management, project engineering, project management, or program management.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to provide input into policy decisions and mobilize resources.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to promote positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.
$104,550 - $120,350 per year
