Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Texas
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (annually)
Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan workflows, train staff, and assign tasks in collaboration with the Supervisor or Manager, while addressing challenges and resolving issues.
- Provide training to team members on operational processes.
- Support the manager and other departments to fulfill customer expectations and production requirements.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to all company policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Guarantee the safety and security of team members and inventory.
- Collaborate with various departments on operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor team performance standards and work with team members to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to uphold customer satisfaction, compliance, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities; keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to follow established processes and procedures.
