Essential Qualifications:

  • Competent in interpreting complex instructions presented in various formats.
  • Exhibits patience in guiding users through technical troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for querying financial and clinical databases.
  • Experience with business productivity software is essential.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and software training.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience with DocuSign.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and develop solutions to optimize computer resource utilization for users.
  2. Analyze, develop, test, and implement components of automated systems.
  3. Recommend and implement system modifications and enhancements.
  4. Provide support for software and hardware challenges.
  5. Monitor data integrity and generate reports to identify discrepancies.
  6. Establish quality control criteria and develop various system queries.
  7. Evaluate and deploy technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Oversee system operations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  9. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance.
  10. Troubleshoot and document system and data issues.
  11. Create queries and reports as needed.
  12. Maintain data integrity in collaboration with other software systems.
  13. Coordinate training initiatives for effective software utilization.
  14. Manage software updates and enhancements.
  15. Document all software system usage and deployments.
  16. Collaborate with IT staff to uphold best practices in software support.
  17. Work hours as directed by management, including any necessary additional hours.
  18. Comply with established compliance principles and regulations.
  19. Document and resolve issues through the designated ticketing system.
  20. Deliver exceptional service consistently to all stakeholders.
  21. Serve as a role model for peers and clients.
  22. Exhibit positive relations in representing the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience

Remote Work: Initial training will require in-person attendance.
