- An Associate's Degree in a technology-related field is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proficiency in desktop-level environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and above, Mac OS, and Linux is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Understanding of multi-function devices.
- Experience with mobile technology.
- Proficient in remote support tools and solutions.
- Knowledge of anti-virus, anti-spam, and malware protection solutions.
- Ability to detect and eliminate viruses and malware.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with networked devices.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of VOIP systems.
During the training phase, the schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. After training, hours may vary to accommodate late-night and weekend coverage, potentially extending until 8:00 PM on weekdays and until noon on weekends.
