Job Title: FBO Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused FBO Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jetscape Services LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pilots, crew, and passengers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our FBO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dispatch service requests and coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services.
  • Perform daily customer service duties, including arrival and departure scheduling, hotel reservations, rental car reservations, catering orders, fuel orders, and aircraft cleaning.
  • Be available to communicate with customers to identify their needs and address their questions or concerns.
  • Work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 customer support.
  • Receive payment from customers and verify payment amounts, posting payments and issuing receipts and invoices.
  • Assist pilots, crew, and passengers with luggage and provide directions to nearby hotels, restaurants, and other airport facilities.
  • Determine the needs of pilots and crew, such as fuel, beverages, ice, or newspapers, and ensure all departing aircraft have requested amenities.
  • Shuttle pilots, crew, and passengers to/from our location, customs, main terminal, and nearby hotels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, company vehicles, ice machine, catering fridge, and other facilities.
  • Provide accurate and detailed directions to customers in and around the airport, nearby hotels, and restaurants.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass Federal background screening and drug test.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
