**Business Operations Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our affordable housing community in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the community, including resident services, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on community performance and resident feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affordable housing management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
