Position Summary:

Dentsu Creative, in collaboration with MKTG's Field & Event Staffing division, is seeking Part-Time On-Site Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming initiative targeting local college campuses.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals within college communities to gain practical experience in Experiential Marketing while establishing a connection with MKTG/Dentsu Creative for future endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the student body to promote a subscription service from a well-known national retail brand and drive membership enrollments.
  • Act as a marketing enthusiast, educating consumers about our client's brand messaging during live events.
  • Interact with attendees to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer trust, and maximize partner satisfaction, ultimately leading to membership sign-ups.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable, and exhibit a friendly demeanor. We seek individuals who are confident in engaging with the public and have a vibrant energy. Participation in training sessions to familiarize oneself with the promoted service is essential, along with assisting in the light setup and breakdown of promotional areas. Previous sales experience is advantageous, and involvement in the student community is beneficial.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from events.
  • Availability to work on-site during scheduled events.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and potentially working outdoors.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Compensation:
The anticipated pay for this position is $30.00 per hour, contingent upon various factors including relevant experience and skills.

This role is categorized as a Part-Time Occasional Hourly W2 position. Successful candidates may have opportunities for future event work with other brands, making this an excellent entry point for students or recent graduates looking to break into event marketing and sales.
