Job Title: Cannabis Brand Representative

Hamilton Farms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Brand Representative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Represent Hamilton Farms at various events, including trade shows, community events, and product launches.
  • Maintain high-level product knowledge and communicate product benefits to wholesale accounts and customers.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital and print media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate.
  • Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Experience in event planning or public speaking.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based position that requires 80-90% of time traveling within all corners of New Jersey and the remainder of time as remote.
