Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all customer contacts into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up and closure.
  • Provide on-site and telephone orientations to new and existing members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Process and resolve complaints, recording all relevant information in our system.
  • Assist members with selecting and assigning Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Update member demographic changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide benefit and service-related information to members, prospective members, and providers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Perform retention efforts for all lines of business, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Handle roster inquiries, disenrollment requests, and provider inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Schedule marketing appointments for prospective enrollees, driving growth and engagement.
  • Respond to claim billing inquiries from providers and members, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Associate Executive Director, supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • High School graduation
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Spanish fluency is a must.
