We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pride Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, providers, and prospective members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document all customer contacts into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up and closure.
- Provide on-site and telephone orientations to new and existing members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Process and resolve complaints, recording all relevant information in our system.
- Assist members with selecting and assigning Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Update member demographic changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide benefit and service-related information to members, prospective members, and providers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Perform retention efforts for all lines of business, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Handle roster inquiries, disenrollment requests, and provider inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Schedule marketing appointments for prospective enrollees, driving growth and engagement.
- Respond to claim billing inquiries from providers and members, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Associate Executive Director, supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:
- High School graduation
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Spanish fluency is a must.
