Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our Liberty Management team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Manhattan area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide onsite superior customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Qualification and Enrollment: Qualify customers to determine eligibility and availability for specified products, and complete the enrollment process while maintaining confidentiality of all private customer information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly, monthly, and daily reports to track progress toward program goals and drive resolutions to specified issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: One year of customer service, customer support, or sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence and a naturally caring demeanor.
  • Technical Skills: Technologically savvy and experienced working with CRM software.
