Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Shoe Service Plus Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in after-sales service for shoe and handbag repair, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on leather repair and care needs
  • Offer hands-on technical support for the repairing of luxury leather products
  • Enter repair work orders into our POS and online systems
  • Assist customers with service, work estimates, or existing work order questions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in shoe and handbag repair, preferably in a luxury retail setting
  • Strong attention to detail and inspection skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of CRM software and/or other POS systems
