Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized support to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel and casino promotions, events, and services to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service position preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to work with basic math concepts.
Work Environment:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also be required to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
