Job Summary

The Delta Companies is seeking a skilled Psychotherapist/ Psychiatrist to join our team at the New York hospital location. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in our Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program.

About the Opportunity
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive starting salary of $344,000 plus RVU bonuses and an attractive benefits package. Our comprehensive compensation includes relocation assistance, generous health insurance, and a robust pension plan. The role requires a 10:30 pm-8 am overnight shift with 4 shifts per week, including weekends. In addition to your base salary, you may earn up to $250 per hour through moonlighting opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting
- Teach and supervise residents, nurses, and medical students in various clinical settings
- Participate in after-hours practice opportunities available through the hospital's on-site medical center

Requirements
- Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient management and teaching

Estimated Salary Range: $344,000 - $474,000 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities.
