Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at the University of Rochester. As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients, including implementing treatment plans and coordinating healthcare services.
- Participate in group interventions and therapeutic activities, such as role playing and behavior modification.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
- AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology, or related field, and 2-3 years recent Psychiatric Technician experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree in related field, or minimum two years of RN Nursing School; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $23.81 per hour,
This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, taking into account factors like market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.
