Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with mental health conditions. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and support services to patients and their families.

Salary:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour

About the Role:
This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week. You will be responsible for assisting in the nursing care of mentally ill patients by implementing various types of psychiatric treatment plans, including group interventions. Your duties will include delivering health care services to patients and their families according to the interdisciplinary treatment plan, revising and modifying plans as needed, and participating in planning conferences. You will also collaborate with patients, family members, and the treatment team to deliver quality services.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver health care services to patients and their families according to the interdisciplinary treatment plan.
- Independently implement the interdisciplinary treatment plan for an assigned group of patients, including group interventions.
- Revise and modify plan in response to changes in patient and alterations in therapeutic approach; participates in planning conferences.
- Collaborate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver quality services.

Qualifications:
- AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology field, and 2-3 years recent Psychiatric Technician experience, or Bachelor's degree in related field, or minimum two years of RN Nursing School; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in providing care to patients with mental health conditions preferred.
