About the Role

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing Sales team from the ground up, focusing on the SLED market. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the SLED market.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, sales processes, and sales tools.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SLED contracting and procurement processes, as well as experience selling through VARs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies, sales processes, and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
