Position Responsibilities
  • Traveling in a company vehicle directly to client sites from your residence; returning home after the final appointment.
  • Coordinating with clients to arrange pest control and termite services.
  • Preparing treatment solutions and loading necessary equipment into the service vehicle.
  • Administering pest treatments, installing preventative measures, and servicing bait/termite stations.
  • Processing payments from clients.
  • Conducting property inspections and providing recommendations for pest and termite issues.
  • Addressing customer complaints or service concerns during visits.
  • Seeking new business opportunities.
  • Occasional Saturday and evening work may be required.
Candidate Qualifications
  • No prior experience? No worries; Cook's provides the finest training in the industry.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Must pass a drug test, criminal background check, and have a clean driving record.
  • Ability to comply with Cook's grooming standards, which include:
    • All tattoos must be concealed at all times.
    • Facial hair should not exceed 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeters) in length.
    • Male employees are not allowed to wear visible earrings or piercings; female employees may wear up to two pairs of earrings.
    • Hairstyles must not interfere with the proper fit of a company hat or safety headgear.
