Your Job Duties Will Include:

  • Building lasting relationships with both internal and external clients to create “Customers for Life.”
  • Managing the daily operations of a Termite Service Route, utilizing exceptional time management skills:
    • Conducting preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
    • Addressing customer accounts for current and future requirements.
    • Maintaining consistent communication with customers.
    • Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, sales, fellow technicians, and management to ensure outstanding customer service.
    • Applying appropriate products in accordance with label standards.
  • Adopting a Safety First mindset, especially when operating company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
