Key Responsibilities

The Operations Branch Leader is accountable for all aspects of branch operations. This role focuses on nurturing, mentoring, and guiding all service department members while driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction year-over-year. It is essential for the Operations Branch Leader to uphold high standards of excellence and ensure accountability among their team while fulfilling our mission of delivering peace of mind to every client.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and developing the Assistant Branch Leader to prepare them for independent branch leadership
  • Facilitating daily training sessions for the service team, ensuring they are informative, motivating, and engaging
  • Overseeing all mandatory inspections, including weekly vehicle checks, monthly field training evaluations, and weekly quality assessments
  • Training and collaborating with technicians in the field to enhance customer service and upselling capabilities while ensuring compliance with performance standards
  • Guaranteeing timely and accurate service delivery by managing staffing and job scheduling reports, optimizing routes, and personally handling routes when necessary
  • Ensuring our service consistently surpasses customer expectations through personal follow-up visits and quality assurance checks
  • Maintaining awareness of legal obligations and government reporting requirements related to human resources, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Actively fostering a culture centered on purpose and engagement

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferred Certified Commercial Operator License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Demonstrated operational experience in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer
  • Prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
