Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our service team in a high-growth environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and Develop the Service Team: Coach and develop the Assistant Branch Manager to lead their own branch, and oversee the execution of daily training meetings to ensure the service team is informed, motivated, and engaged.
  • Oversee Operations: Ensure all required inspections are executed, including weekly truck inspections, monthly in-field training inspections, and weekly integrity inspections.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control: Personally train and work in the field with technicians to evaluate and improve customer service and up-sell skills, and ensure all performance standards are met at every service.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Run accurate and timely staffing and job pool reports, construct routes accordingly, and run routes personally if needed to ensure all customers receive their recurring service as scheduled.
  • Culture and Engagement: Intentionally build a culture predicated upon purpose and drive engagement among team members.

Requirements:

  • Certified Commercial Operator License: Preferred, but not required.
  • Proven Operations Experience: In a high-growth environment.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged Sitting and Computer Work: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Working in All Weather Conditions: Prolonged periods of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Lifting: May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
