Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Help Desk Professional to join our team at KLH Consulting, Inc. This role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of computer hardware and software.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to client requests for technical assistance with their network; desktop / laptop / thin client; email; internet access; remote and mobile solutions; Windows Operating System; Microsoft Office and third party applications.
  2. Access client systems remotely to resolve reported issues.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients experiencing system difficulties, to troubleshoot problems remotely, and to inform them of progress towards resolution and completion of work.
  4. Document incident reports and client information accurately in the established ticketing system.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting desktop-level solutions or consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS.
  • Prompt and effective communication skills.
