As the Director of Human Resources Strategy and Talent Programs, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business growth and talent development. Key Responsibilities- Partner with the District Vice President and leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Identify and research HR issues, providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement plans to promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring a workplace culture that values and respects all employees.
- Implement company-wide HR strategies and programs, leveraging effective change management, training, and communication.
- Collaborate with field and corporate HR teams to achieve effective recruitment, onboarding, employment, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee development practices.
- Provide leadership and expertise in HR management, promoting the effective application of the company's HR strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, forecasting and developing an effective workforce plan.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management or a related field, preferably in a large organization.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of workforce development programs and strategies.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures, including compensation and benefits, health and welfare, leave management, corrective action, and other programs.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques and practices.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Experience in budgeting and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, related applications, and HRIS computer skills.
- Frequent regional travel required.
