We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Development and Sales to join our team. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals, as well as maintaining and cultivating existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is required, as well as five years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships
  • Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with local utility incentive programs and leverage associated rebates to improve project closure rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Five years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
