About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at Havtech LLC. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to leverage their skills in Building Automation Systems (BAS) sales, engineering, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new clients to identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop a working knowledge of our offerings and utilize account management processes to target customers.
  • Create and implement action plans to improve project closure rates and drive profitable business growth.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Work effectively in a team selling environment to drive coordinated sales efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in a technical or business-related field.
  • Three years of experience in BAS Sales, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • CEM, LEED AP, PE accreditations or certificates preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently and deliver results.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
