Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a commitment to excellence, and a focus on delivering outstanding results. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to significant projects that impact the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop comprehensive solutions for long-term facility and laboratory needs.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss work assignments and progress updates.
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure functionality, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance requirements are met.
  • Post necessary signage to inform occupants of inspection results and ongoing corrective actions.
  • Manage facilities service tickets using the Service Now maintenance software to address identified issues.
  • Prepare and submit work order requests for routine and emergency service needs.
  • Facilitate access for maintenance personnel and vendors to support corrective actions.
  • Track and manage facilities action items, ensuring timely closure and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist local emergency services as needed during on-site incidents.
  • Conduct market research and assist with data entry for procurement of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including building maps and inspection results, on designated digital platforms.
  • Organize and participate in departmental reviews and meetings, addressing requests for information as needed.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and assembling furniture.
  • Collaborate with local management to prioritize and resolve immediate facility concerns.
  • Complete necessary training and assist in developing procurement packages.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Experience:
2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience.
