Your Role:

As a skilled Facilities Operations Manager, you will bring at least 2 years of relevant experience and a commitment to excellence in managing facility operations.

Your focus will be on achieving results, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering innovation to drive client satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and develop strategic solutions for long-term facility and laboratory needs.
  • Participate in regular meetings to report on work assignments and project status.
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure functionality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • Assist in posting necessary signage and notifications within facilities.
  • Manage service tickets through maintenance software to address issues identified during inspections.
  • Submit requests for routine and emergency service calls based on inspection findings.
  • Facilitate access for technicians and vendors to support maintenance and project work.
  • Track action items and ensure timely closure while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Support local emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct market research and assist with procurement data entry as required.
  • Maintain documentation related to facilities, including maps and inspection results.
  • Organize and participate in departmental meetings to review facility updates.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Collaborate with site management to prioritize and resolve facility-related issues.
  • Assist in training and development of procurement packages.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.


Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.


Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
