Account Manager

As an Account Manager - Advanced Wound Care Sales, you'll play a vital role in representing our company in the sale of wound care solutions to healthcare facilities. Your primary objective will be to actively prospect, provide clinical education, and close deals to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain territory plans to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision makers, and clinicians to drive demand for Hartmann products.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate end-users on the clinical benefits of our products.
- Provide feedback to sales leadership on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Utilize the CRM system to manage appointments, customers, prospects, and sales pipeline effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical products or wound care sales.
- Proven track record of developing and achieving sales objectives individually and collaboratively.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with key stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer engagement and service.
- Exhibits a hunter mentality, actively prospecting and pursuing potential accounts or leads, and competitive in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Customer-focused with a patient-centric approach, seeking to understand the unique needs of patients and caregivers and recommending the right solutions and products to improve patient care.
