We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Care Manager/Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities- Prepare files for new clients, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist Care Managers in carrying out established care plans, facilitating client services, and responding to requests for information.
- Enter case notes, client contacts, and other relevant information into our database, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing letters, notifications, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with the San Diego team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
- 1-2 years' experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those with PTSD and low-income backgrounds.
- Administrative experience with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Jewish history, traditions, and culture, and ability to show unconditional positive regard for clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and other work-related tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- A competitive salary range of $19.50 - $22.25/hour.
