Job Description

Great Hill Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Account Coordinator / Training Roles Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MHS GENESIS Account Provisioning process at assigned Military Treatment Facilities. This includes assignment and coordination of end user MHS GENESIS required training, attending informational meetings, conference calls, and briefings regarding MHS Genesis roles and account related topics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and spoken, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). A Public Trust clearance is required, and experience with MHS Genesis is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MHS GENESIS Account Provisioning process at assigned Military Treatment Facilities
  • Assign and coordinate required MHS GENESIS end user training
  • Attend informational meetings, conference calls, and briefings regarding MHS Genesis roles and account related topics
  • Coordinate with Issue Resolution Specialist to support resolving issues related to end user MHS GENESIS accounts
  • Submit tickets to initiate MHS Genesis account creation and provisioning for end users
  • Troubleshoot issues with end users who are experiencing functionality problems related to their MHS GENESIS account
  • Identify, evaluate, and provide feedback to Managers and Senior Leaders on issues or suggested improvements
  • Conduct presentations during meetings to address MHS GENESIS account provisioning updates and/or MHS GENESIS training coordination trends

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associate's degree - Bachelors preferred
  • 3 years' experience with similar professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Predominantly sedentary work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
