Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Array Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned client accounts within the facility, including directing staff to complete tasks, leading daily team huddles, and communicating with clients and local staffing agencies.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned client accounts, including receiving, inventory, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, quality control, and other operations.
  • Direct assigned staff to complete tasks within the various warehouse departments for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead daily team huddles to update staff on daily tasks, orders, priorities, challenges, and successes.
  • Complete Human Resources administrative matters, such as time off and performance management, as instructed by direct supervisor/manager.
  • Communicate with local staffing agencies regarding temporary staff needs within the assigned account, with approval from direct supervisor/manager.
  • Communicate regularly with assigned clients in the operation and resolving issues as needed.
  • Use forecast received from assigned clients to identify staffing and resource needs for operation.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly review meetings with assigned client account(s).
  • Communicate assigned client needs and updates effectively to logistics department and assigned employees to ensure orders are completed according to customer requirements.
  • Monitor performance and productivity metrics to measure individual and departmental performance meets company and branch expectations.
