A Sales Account Manager is needed by Venteon, a leading manufacturing company in Bluffton, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation, bonus potential, good benefits, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the President to set sales goals, objectives, and strategies.
  • Train and educate sales representatives on contracting, marketing, and sales techniques.
  • Assist with the selection and hiring of sales and marketing team members.
  • Manage the quoting process and activities for new business and engineering changes.
  • Report directly to the President and be fully accountable for sales performance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required if the candidate has relevant experience.
  • Previous sales account management experience is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Five or more years of documented successful sales and account management experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as company policies, customer specifications, and RFQ forms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
