Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Group, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Your primary focus will be on developing positive relationships with clients, handling their individual needs, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage a group of accounts related to multiple dwelling properties.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address individual customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions.
Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
- Identify sales prospects within the multiple dwelling property sector.
Sales Reporting and Target Setting:
- Regularly report on account status and transactions.
- Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven Work Experience:
- Previous experience as a Fiber Sales Account Manager or Fiber Sales Account Executive.
- Hands-on experience in sales.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
- Supervisory experience.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong stakeholdering and planning skills.
- Timely project delivery and responsiveness to inquiries.
Business Acumen:
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Ability to anticipate responses and potential roadblocks ahead.
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.
Compensation:
The compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions.
