Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Office Representative Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facility. This includes performing various business office functions such as medical records, credentialing, admissions/intake, accounts payable, billing, collections, insurance verification, transaction posting, clinical logs, and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include scheduling surgeries in our computer system, handling calls from physician offices, performing pre-registration duties, maintaining clean and orderly surgery scheduling areas, verifying scheduled cases, contacting patients with financial responsibilities, and performing various clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, and faxing documents.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, and at least one year of experience in surgery scheduling procedures. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and function effectively within a team. A basic knowledge of surgery scheduling, receptionist, and registration responsibilities is required. The estimated salary for this position is between $17.86 and $24.48 per hour.
