Job Title: Document Review Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team at Serigor Inc as Document Review Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing electronic documents to determine drafts or early versions vs. final documents for possible purging. Your meticulous approach to document analysis and ability to work efficiently within established guidelines will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess electronic documents against guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification.
  • Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
  • Familiarity with documentation related to community development and regulation (land management, permitting, inspections, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
