Position Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist in evaluating a large volume of electronic documents for a leading company in the industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reviewing documents to determine drafts or early versions vs. final documents for possible purging. Review of content against retention schedules may also be required. This position requires a meticulous approach to document analysis and the ability to work efficiently within established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess electronic documents against guidelines
  • Identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification
  • Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review
  • Familiarity with documentation related to community development and regulation (land management, permitting, inspections, etc.) is a plus
