Document Review Specialist

Job Title: Document Review Specialist
Phaeton Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Document Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing electronic documents against established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess electronic documents to determine drafts or early versions vs. final documents for possible purging.
- Identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification.
- Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in document review and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with documentation related to community development and regulation (land management, permitting, inspections, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Special Requirements:
- Must be local to Richmond, VA.
