Job Summary

Partner Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist III to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to perform investigations, author investigation reports, and implement improvements to Quality Systems processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deviation evaluation meetings and determine if escalation to CAPA is appropriate.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and development of CAPA plans.
  • Complete review and approval of compliance documents, including SOPs, Deviations, Validation Documents, and Quality records.
  • Support site projects for continuous improvement and achieve project outcomes on time.
  • Collaborate with functional groups to drive work and accomplish goals.
  • Participate in QA on the floor activities to ensure successful partnering with functional areas.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Standards and Policies.
  • Support Quality System continuous improvement activities and projects.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible, relevant experience working in a GxP environment or other regulated industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. or equivalent degree in science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Quality role, operating in a regulated environment.
