About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive incremental revenue growth in your assigned territory.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at our retail partners to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases to support sales initiatives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate sales strategies and results to internal stakeholders, including sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
