Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be instrumental in helping our Restaurant Leaders achieve culinary and hospitality excellence within our scratch-based kitchen. Your passion for cooking delicious food will drive your success in perfecting your craft at every Naked Farmer station.
You will stand as a beacon of guidance and leadership, investing in the development of our team, leading through peak service times, addressing guest concerns, and embodying best practices in culinary and system operations. Your initiative as a mentor and leader in the kitchen will shine through as you engage in pre-shift meetings, manage shifts, and train new culinary team members according to Naked Farmer's training protocols. Your oversight will ensure that tasks throughout the restaurant are completed punctually and to our quality standards.
