Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including production planning, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our chefs and restaurant managers to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of menus and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in baking and pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
