Field Sales Manager Great Lakes

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Great Lakes region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and restaurants
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the wine or sake industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong relationships with key accounts and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
