We're looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director, Strategic Customer Success. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth and engagement with our most important customers.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in SaaS with a strong track record of working with Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. Additionally, they should have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, specifically in customer success or a related field.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of 6-8 Strategic CSMs who are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes developing and executing plans to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and ROI measurement.

To achieve these goals, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product to ensure alignment and effective solutions delivery.
